Delivery cum Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities


To carry out delivery of our
full range of products as assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.
To verify goods loading daily
given by warehouse and ensure accuracy and matching with delivery orders
To ensure the delivery of
customer's orders promptly and according to their schedule
To ensure unloading and
delivery of goods to customers is verified according to delivery invoice
To ensure Cash on Delivery
(COD) payment is collected as stated on delivery invoice and returned to
the company by end of the day
To ensure returned goods by
customers are returned and validated by warehouse department
To ensure workplace health,
hygiene and safety requirements are met.
Perform daily warehouse
operations including receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, and
packing goods.
Assist in stock movement
between warehouse areas and participate in stock counts/audits.
Maintain a clean, organised,
and safe warehouse environment.
To follow and adhere to the
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) defined for Delivery Operations
stipulated by the company
Perform any other duties
assigned by the Warehouse/Delivery Supervisor.


Job Requirements:


Minimum of 2 year(s) of
relevant working experience.
Physically fit to carry out
daily tasks which involves loading and unloading of goods to lorry and delivery to customers
Good English proficiency to
read delivery orders and invoices to pick and deliver goods
Good customer service
mindset, self-motivated, and able to plan delivery routes
