Locations: Tampines | Havelock | VivoCity
Working Days: Weekdays and Weekends (Based on Roster)
Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Depending on Outlet)
Hourly Rate: from $13

As the face of Woosa, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming showroom experience, understanding each customer's sleep needs, and helping them discover products that make a meaningful difference to their everyday lives.

Your Role
Welcome customers and provide a warm, attentive, and professional showroom experience.
Understand customers' sleep preferences and recommend suitable mattresses, pillows, and sleep essentials.
Present product features, comfort differences, and benefits with confidence and clarity.
Guide customers through product selection, purchases, checkout, and delivery arrangements.
Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Support daily retail operations and other showroom-related responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
Comfortable with customer-facing sales responsibilities and handling transactions.
Able to commit to scheduled retail shifts, including weekends when required.
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
