Business Follow Up Executive

Location: Puchong, Selangor
Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,600 per month
Commission: RM3,500 – RM8,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Break Time: 1 hour

Our office is located in the Puchong area, with direct access from LRT Taman Perindustrian Puchong Station.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers via WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up on outstanding repayments.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and repayment arrangements.
• Remind customers of their promised repayment dates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, repayment updates, and follow-up activities.
• Update daily follow-up reports and ensure all records are completed accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear information regarding repayment matters.
• Achieve daily follow-up targets and support the team in meeting performance objectives.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or payment follow-up will be an advantage.

Salary & Commission

Enjoy a basic salary of RM2,600 per month, with an attractive commission structure offering potential earnings of RM3,500–RM8,000, subject to the company's commission scheme and performance criteria.
