Job Description

Advance Law LLC is looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the firm's day-to-day accounting and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and year-end closing.
• Monitor payments, outstanding balances and expense claims.
• Assist with GST submissions and statutory reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and external parties when required.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Xero accounting software is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with GST and basic accounting principles.
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment will be an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Location: OrangeTee Building, Toa Payoh, Singapore
