Full Time Proposal Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HRSB HOLDINGS SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Prepare commercial and technical proposals for Mechanical & Piping tender projects.
• Develop cost estimates and pricing for piping fabrication, mechanical installation, welding, testing, commissioning, manpower, equipment and subcontractor works.
• Review tender documents, scope of work, technical drawings, specifications, P&IDs and BOQ/MTO requirements.
• Identify commercial risks, cost assumptions, exclusions and pricing considerations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and technical teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare pricing schedules, cost breakdowns and tender submission documents.
• Coordinate technical proposal preparation to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Manage tender clarifications, revisions and submission deadlines.
• Support tender presentations, clarification meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation or commercial proposal preparation.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly Mechanical & Piping projects, is preferred.
• Good knowledge of piping fabrication, mechanical installation, welding and related construction activities.
• Familiar with BOQ/MTO preparation, technical drawings, P&IDs and tender documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
