Job Description
Install, configure and commission water dispensers at client premises island-wide, ensuring safe and compliant set-up.
Carry out routine maintenance, sanitisation, filter replacement, troubleshooting and repairs to keep equipment performing well.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly and courteously with corporate clients to resolve queries.
Uphold a professional service image, including punctuality, appropriate attire and adherence to site safety requirements.
Job Requirements
'N' level or certificate in a technical, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience in installation or servicing.
Good troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, with a professional, client-focused manner.
Able to travel across Singapore and carry out tasks involving standard equipment handling; a valid Class 3A driving licence is required.
