Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution (Core)

Take ownership of end-to-end project execution across brand, product, and operations

Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, store operations) to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

Plan project timelines, track progress, and proactively resolve bottlenecks

Product & Campaign Launches

Lead the rollout of new products or campaigns from concept to in-store execution

Align with product team on offerings and launch readiness

Coordinate with marketing team on content, visuals, and campaign rollout

Work with store team to ensure training, operational readiness, and execution quality

Monitor post-launch performance and gather customer feedback, summarising key insights

Brand Partnerships & Workshops

Plan and execute brand collaborations, workshops, and external events

Develop proposals, coordinate approvals, and manage client communication

Ensure all logistics (materials, setup, staffing) are well-prepared

Be on-site when required to ensure smooth execution of events

Business Development Support

Research and identify potential collaboration and growth opportunities

Support the execution of strategic initiatives and expansion projects

Work closely with founders to implement new initiatives and improve workflows

Requirements

Master’s degree in any discipline from NUS, NTU, SMU or other QS ranking top 100 universities. Candidates with backgrounds in Business, Marketing, or Communications may have an advantage.

Candidates from analytical or technical backgrounds who demonstrate strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in leading projects, organising events, or managing collaborations (through internships, school activities, or personal initiatives) will be highly valued.

Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment

Interest in specialty beverages, tea culture, or hospitality is a plus
