Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the Middle East.
Identify and acquire distributors, equipment rental companies, EPCs and end customers.
Drive B2B sales from prospecting and commercial negotiations to trial orders and purchase order closure.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, prioritising prospects with strong conversion potential.
Develop distributor partnerships and expand market reach through targeted sales activities.
Work closely with the CEO on pricing, commercial proposals and deal strategies.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry exhibitions and regional business discussions.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales or business development experience in machinery, industrial equipment, power systems or related technical solutions.
Experience selling to equipment rental companies, distributors or channel partners is highly preferred.
Strong track record in new business development, commercial negotiations and closing deals.
Experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
Commercially driven, independent and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel regionally for business development.
