Internship For Supply Chain Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Synergy Staffing Selangor - Maukerja

1. Bachelor’s degree-level student undertaking an internship.
2. Final-year students are required; students from other study years may be submitted with remarks for consideration.
3. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

1. Enter stock-in, stock-out, Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI) and stock-return transactions. Maintain inventory records, assist with stock counts and reconciliation, and support inventory analysis and reporting.
2. Prepare commercial invoices, delivery orders, packing lists and shipment documents. Coordinate transport, collection and delivery schedules, track ETD/ETA and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD).
3. Support service logistics by coordinating job sheets, spare-part requisitions, parts availability and urgent deliveries with relevant teams and customers.
4. Assist with import/export documentation, freight-forwarder coordination and customs-clearance tracking. Maintain AWB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and customs records.
5. Obtain freight quotations, compare costs and service levels, maintain freight-rate records and highlight discrepancies in logistics charges.
6. Prepare supporting documents for logistics vendor invoices, liaise with Finance on processing and payment status, and maintain invoice records.
7. File and maintain traceable logistics documents, support ISO Supply Chain documentation and audit preparation, and prepare logistics trackers, reports and KPI data.
8. Support warehouse 5S, material identification, barcode and WMS/SAP improvement projects, digitalisation and other logistics tasks assigned by the Purchasing & Logistics Manager.
