Job Description

Responsibilities

What The Role Is

Drive NAC's brand positioning and audience engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, digital performance optimisation, strategic NAC corp social media management, and NAC corp website management. The Manager leads marketing initiatives that connect NAC with both industry partners and audiences, delivering measurable results in support of NAC's strategic objectives.

What You Will Be Working On

Lead consumer marketing campaigns to drive audience awareness, attendance, and participation in NAC's programmes and initiatives

  • Lead the planning and implementation of NAC's consumer-facing integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating audience development strategies and frameworks to ensure NAC's audience insights are embedded throughout the planning and programming process
  • Collaborate across creative, media, and social agencies to ensure campaign execution is aligned with business objectives and audience growth targets
  • Champion audience-centricity across all campaign touchpoints, applying Audience Development Playbook insights and strategies to drive awareness, attendance, and participation among public audiences across different life stages and personas

Lead industry marketing and provide expert marketing counsel to internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with the arts sector.

  • Work closely with sector leads as a collaborative marketing partner, providing practical advice on campaigns, messaging, and NAC corp brand application
  • In a small team setting, this means: being hands-on and responsive — reviewing materials, aligning on creative direction, and ensuring that NAC's corporate positioning is clearly communicated across all touchpoints, whether a social post, a proposal deck, or an event backdrop; provide advice on how to co-present NAC's brand accurately and effectively within their own channels, developing co-marketing toolkits or guidelines where relevant

Manage NAC corp website – ensuring that the channel serves as an effective and well-maintained digital hub for both public audiences and the arts community.

  • Oversee the content governance of NAC's corporate website, ensuring it functions as a central hub for information, in-depth content, and resources for artists, audiences, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with NAC content reps on site performance, content updates, and technical improvements.
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics to surface actionable insights — including top-visited pages, top-searched keywords, and traffic sources — and translate these into content and SEO improvements that increase organic traffic and search engine visibility
  • Lead the annual website content audit process

What We Are Looking For

  • Passionate about Singapore's arts and cultural landscape.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that work across two audience layers — engaging arts organisations, venue partners, and programme collaborators at the industry level, while driving awareness and participation among public audiences — is essential
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing with demonstrated results.
  • Hands-on experience managing organisational websites, including content governance, SEO, and working with web development vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment are required.
