Job Summary

Deliver personalised strength training sessions at clients’ homes or preferred locations, guiding safe exercise techniques, monitoring progress, and providing wellbeing coaching while building trusted client relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised strength training sessions tailored to clients’ goals and abilities at their homes or preferred locations
• Demonstrate exercises clearly and guide clients to perform them safely
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans to meet evolving needs
• Provide general wellbeing coaching within your training and competence
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through attentive and professional service
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Follow safety procedures and escalate any client health concerns appropriately
• Travel between client locations across Singapore to deliver sessions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in strength training, healthy ageing, and helping others
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and complete competency assessments
• Responsible, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and handle training equipment safely
• Experience in fitness, coaching, physiotherapy, hospitality, cabin crew, or customer service is an advantage
