Full Time Computer Operations Support-Operator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in HF GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

·        Provide administrative support to operations such as data entry and documentation and maintain its electronic records

·        Ensures operations proper data storage and back up

·        Organize, update and verify operations correspondence, site reports, project record and other related information

·        Assist with documents compilation or submission of daily site activity reports provided by technical personnel and supervisors

·        Prepare and update Project tracking spreadsheets, work schedules and monthly progress summaries

·        Assist in report preparation for project meetings and management review

·        Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, managers, subcontractors and other operations staff on documentation and other updates

·        Oversee the computer system operation, can troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensures it runs efficiently

·        Carry out other ad hoc tasks related to computer and administrative duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

·        Minimum Secondary education or Certificate in computer related field or equivalent

·        Proficient in PC application such as MS Excel, word, Email and general computer operations

·        Able to work overtime and weekends

·        Good Time Management Skills

·        Able to work independently as well as a team

·        Possess initiative with ability to multitask and prioritize work

·        Must be proficient, highly motivated, can withstand vast work pressure, be very dependable and meet project deadlines
