Full Time Executive, Finance (Accounts Payable) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in MARKONO PRINT MEDIA PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Match suppliers’ invoices against System Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders or Service Order or contracts

• Ensure all invoices are properly authorized.

• Update invoices into System 

• Arrange and prepare payments to suppliers and update payments into system

• Follow up on suppliers’ credit notes and outstanding invoices

• Perform month-end closing of AP

• Prepare monthly Creditors’ reconciliation

• Handle all suppliers’ queries

• Handle petty cash

• Apply for Letters of Credit / Invoice financing / loans

• Ensure documentations are in compliance with GST / Accounting standards / Audit requirements

• Prepare monthly management reports

• To carry out tasks / ad hoc projects assigned by immediate manager 

Requirements:

• “A” Levels or LCCI or above

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerized Accounting software

• Meticulous and effective time management

• Able to communicate effectively

• Team player
