Full Time Art Workshop Co-Facilitator Jobs, in INTERLUNAR - Maukerja

What you'll be doing

You're the extra pair of hands (and eyes) that makes a workshop run smoothly. You'll move around the room supporting the main facilitator as participants work on their poster colour painting on canvas — topping up paint, distributing materials, helping kids who are stuck or distracted, and keeping the space tidy.

You'll also be weaving in the same stress and emotional coping language as the main facilitator — reinforcing that art doesn't need to be "perfect" to be good. A quiet word of encouragement to a frustrated 8-year-old is just as important as any technical tip.

What we're looking for

• Undergraduates or professionals in Fine Arts, Psychology, Social Work, or experienced Youth Volunteers/Enrichment Assistants
• Patient, attentive, and comfortable being hands-on with kids aged 7–12
• Someone who is proactive and can read the room — spotting who needs help, who needs redirecting, and who just needs a bit of encouragement
• Able to handle physical, fast-paced classroom environments.

Compensation: $35-$40/hour.

Workshop duration: 3 hours per session (incl. setup and post-class wash-up).

Locations: Upcoming workshop at Tampines West. We also run workshops at Dhoby Ghaut and Chinatown.
