Full Time Commis 3 Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Asia Food Venture S/B Federal Territory - Maukerja

1) Report to Head Chef

2) Assist with daily preparation of ingredients and basic food items before service (mise en place)

3) Perform tasks such as washing, cutting, chopping, portioning, and marinating ingredients

4) Assist senior staff in basic cooking and plating during service

5) Support buffet setup, banquet service, and special functions when required

6) Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas

7) Assist with basic stock handling, storage, FIFO, and food labelling

8) Support kitchen team and service staff as required

9) Keep workstations clean and organised during and after shifts

10) Demonstrates willingness to learn and improve skills

11) Works well with kitchen and service team members

12) Perform other duties if any, as assigned from time to time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
