Position Title: Project Coordinator / Engineer (Renovation & M&E)
Working Location: Office based in Ubi; site location depends on project assignment.
Working Hours: 5.5 days (M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; S, 9:00 AM -1:00 PM (flexible))
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor project schedules from award to handover.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries and site access.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified before handover.
Prepare variation order (VO) costings and obtain client approval.
Assist in preparing project quotations, RFQs and cost estimates.
Maintain project records, site photographs, progress reports and handover documents.
Provide project progress updates to clients and management.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of renovation, M&E or construction project coordination experience.
Experienced in quotations, subcontractor coordination and technical drawings.
Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
Valid Class 3 driving licence.
