Responsibilities
Job Scope :
• Arrange, accession and prepare listings of audiovisual recordings for digitisation.
• Assist in labelling, retrieval and filing of audiovisual recordings.
• Update metadata and perform basic description in database to facilitate accessibility of records.
• Transfer audiovisual records to different locations.
• Additional work location: NAS Former Ford Factory (at least twice a week).
Working timing : 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Working Location 1 * : National Archives centre , 1 Canning rise ( Weekly 3 Days )
Working Location 2 : 351 Upper Bukit Timah Road ( weekly 2 days)
Requirements:
- Need some IT or AV experience
