Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing to patients, including monitoring, assessment, treatment, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
• Operate and manage equipment while accurately monitoring, documenting, and escalating changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and deliver effective patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Support quality and professional development initiatives, including patient/family education, clinical training, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent qualification will be an advantage, but not a must.
