Legal Counsel – EPC Projects

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects to support commercial and project-related legal matters across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Provide legal advice on EPC contracts, project agreements and commercial arrangements.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts including EPC, subcontractor, vendor, consultancy and service agreements.
• Advise project teams on contractual obligations, risk allocation, claims, variations and potential disputes.
• Support contract negotiations with clients, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, commercial and project teams to ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist with claims, disputes and contract interpretation where required.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory requirements affecting projects.
• Work with external legal counsel on specialised matters when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Qualified lawyer with relevant in-house or private practice experience.
• Strong exposure to EPC, construction, engineering, infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial/project contracts.
• Good understanding of contractual risk, claims and project obligations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercially minded, practical and able to work closely with non-legal teams.
