About the job
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will support in sales quality, training and capability development across the various distribution and agency channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance and advice on sales advisory competency. This includes:

• Sales performance monitoring, identifying key performance indicators and sales advisory trends.
• Monitoring of balance scorecard metrics to track sales performance.
• Preparing regular sales performance reports, and providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate Training and Competency (T&C) initiatives to strengthen distribution capabilities. 
• Liaise with internal teams, including legal, compliance, distribution, T&C, to support the uplift of overall sales advisory performance. 

Skills and experience required

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in life insurance, preferably in distribution support, BSC framework, and traning and competency management. 
  
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work acrosss various business functions. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
• Good knowledge of life insurance distribution, adviser training requirements, and relevant regulatory expectations or competency standards in Singapore.
