Role Summary

• Up to $4,500/month + AWS+ VB
• Monday - Friday, 830AM - 530PM
• Electronics Manufacturing MNC @ Kallang

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly financial review reports, management reports and group reporting submissions.
• Manage monthly and annual closing, including SAP journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare Australia GST reports, payroll summaries, tax schedules and audit supporting documents.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on financial statements, tax returns and audit matters.
• Prepare group reporting through internal reporting systems and related-party platforms.
• Support government statistical reporting and review transfer pricing documentation.
• Manage vendor setup, payment processing and quarterly payments.
• Provide corporate secretarial support, including board resolutions, directors’ signatures and legal documentation.
• Ensure accounting records and financial reports are accurate and comply with relevant requirements.

Role Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, audit requirements and group reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and organisational abilities.
• Able to liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.
