Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Executive to support our sales, administration, purchasing and operational functions. This is a varied role suitable for someone who is organised, hands-on and comfortable handling different responsibilities in a small working environment.

• Provide administrative and clerical support for day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing orders and following up on deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records and coordinate with suppliers on orders and related matters.
• Coordinate the servicing, maintenance and calibration of company equipment and assets, and maintain the relevant records.
• Assist the sales team with client enquiries, quotations, documentation and general administrative coordination.
• Maintain company records, documents, reference materials and other administrative information.
• Support employee welfare activities and general office arrangements.
• Coordinate with the operations and support teams on administrative requirements when necessary.
• Assist with other administrative, purchasing and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative or purchasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous and responsible.
