Full Time Accounts Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in GEMZ CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Preparefull set of accounts (i.e., account schedules, bank reconciliations, loanschedules, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Prepareand file GST returns.
• Prepareaudit schedules and liaise with external auditor during annual audit.
• Knowledgeof corporate tax (i.e., able to handle simple tax computation).
• Provideother supporting functions to the Division.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diplomain Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience, including keepingfull sets of Accounts.
• Workexperience in a firm would be an addedadvantage.
• Proficiencywith MS Office and accounting software (e.g., XERO, ABSS, MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Able to completework and meet deadlines.
• Anindependent team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• With atleast 1 year of relevant experience, including keeping full sets of accounts.
• Workexperience in a corporate service would be an added advantage.
• Proficiencywith MS Office and accounting software (e.g., MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Able toperform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Anindependent team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: With experience with trading of second-hand cars is anadvantage.
