About The Job
Potato Head is a creative hospitality and lifestyle group rooted in Bali, bringing together hospitality, food, music, art and design, wellbeing and environmental innovation.
We are looking for a Head of Technology to shape the Group's technology direction and help the business make effective use of technology, data and AI as it continues to grow.
In this group-level role, you will develop the Group's technology roadmap, strengthen governance and drive the practical implementation of priority technology and AI initiatives. You will lead the technology team and work closely with teams across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Brand and our properties to connect business needs with practical technology solutions and lead their implementation across the Group.
This position can be based in Singapore or Bali.

We are looking for a Head of Technology to shape the Group's technology direction and help the business make effective use of technology, data and AI as it continues to grow.
In this group-level role, you will develop the Group's technology roadmap, strengthen governance and drive the practical implementation of priority technology and AI initiatives. You will lead the technology team and work closely with teams across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Brand and our properties to connect business needs with practical technology solutions and lead their implementation across the Group.
This position can be based in Singapore or Bali.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a group-wide technology roadmap, setting priorities, investment needs and a practical plan for implementation.
- Establish guidelines for responsible AI use, data protection and governance, and drive the practical selection, configuration and adoption of AI tools across the business.
- Review existing technology platforms, subscriptions, core business systems and digital platforms, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consolidate tools, manage costs, and strengthen integration across functions and properties.
- Strengthen data and analytics capabilities and lead the identification and implementation of automation and AI opportunities that improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Evaluate technology solutions, develop business cases, manage vendor selection and negotiations, and hands-on lead the delivery of approved initiatives through to successful implementation.
- Lead the technology team and work with senior leaders across the Group to align technology priorities with business objectives, manage technology-related risks and build capability in the use of technology and AI.
- Proven experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps, and leading technology initiatives in a growing business.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technology, AI, automation and productivity tools, including practical implementation, configuration and driving adoption.
- A strong understanding of data and analytics, business systems and systems integration, and how technology can improve business performance.
- Experience evaluating technology solutions, managing vendors and making commercially sound investment decisions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy and responsible AI governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technology concepts into clear business priorities and work effectively with senior leaders.
- A strategic, commercially minded and pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on delivery.
- Hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential; experience leading technology transformation in other industries is equally relevant.
