Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is required.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail sector.

Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

Ability to speak fluently in English and Mandarin to cater to a wider customer base.

Willingness to work full-time at the onsite location in The Mines, Mines Resort City, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

A genuine passion for jewelry and an understanding of luxury products and trends is highly desirable.

Ability to maintain a professional and polished appearance, reflecting the brand's image of luxury and elegance.

Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a warm and engaging manner, creating a positive first impression.

Showcase and present jewellery collections to potential customers, highlighting key features, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.

Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences, style, and budget.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling complementary products.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, care instructions, and current promotions.

Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking satisfactory resolutions.

Participate in product training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
