Full Time Stall Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in SBM FOOD CORNER Southwest (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food.
• Monitor and manage food inventory; assist with stock ordering when required.
• Assist in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and operational improvements.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Applicants with experience in Halal meal preparation is highly preferred
• Prior experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (training can be provided)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness standards

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
