Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site administration and maintain proper site records.

• Arrange workers’ deployment, attendance and daily work schedules.

• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with site supervisors.

• Record workers’ working hours, overtime and leave.

• Follow up on workers’ Work Permits, medical examinations, safety training and certificate renewals.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor construction materials, equipment and delivery schedules.

• Prepare daily reports and update project progress records.

• Assist in resolving site-related issues and report important matters to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction site safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction site administration or site coordination is preferred.

• Familiar with Singapore construction industry operations.

• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic computer applications.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of MOM requirements, Work Permits and construction safety courses will be an advantage.

• Must hold valid certificates before carrying out any work that requires certification.
