Junior Digital Product & AI Specialist

About the Role

We are partnering with our client to recruit a tech-oriented individual to support digital product development and AI adoption across the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership and business teams, you will help build digital platforms, implement practical AI solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital product development, translating business needs into product requirements and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on development, testing and implementation.
• Integrate data across systems to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance business processes.
• Support business units in AI adoption, solution development and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline.
• A Master's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
• Exposure to digital product development, AI, data or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable and curious about emerging AI technologies.
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams.
• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
