Responsibilities
Deliver live music, dining, and guest experiences that meet high-quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow and efficient guest handling
Oversee guest services to promptly address customer needs and resolve issues for a positive experience
Operate bar and floor stations effectively to maintain service quality and support team coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support operational goals
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members clearly and professionally
