Responsibilities

Position Summary

  • Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.
  • Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.


Role And Responsibilities

  • [Sales target setting] Lead to set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.
  • [Sales strategy setting] Lead the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.
  • [New sales opportunity identification] Lead in the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.
  • [Sales organization design] Direct sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect and approve them.


Skills And Qualifications

  • Leads sub-functions within subsidiary, and develops short-term & mid-term strategy
  • Leads parts in a larger Line of Business with global breadth or in large subsidiaries, and develops short-term & mid-term strategy
  • Supervises the overall operation of the sub-function such as HR (recruiting, dismissal, transfers, etc.), budget control and etc
  • Defines and improves product processes, and standards within mid-term/long-term strategy of the sub-function
  • Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Influences policymaking
  • Typically requires a minimum 16 years (Bachelor), 14 years (Master), 11 years (PhD) of experience in the field
