HR AI Solutions Engineer | Power BI & Power Automate

Raffles Place – One Marina Boulevard
Up to $22/hour, depending on qualifications
12 months Contract Opportunity
Monday–Friday | 8.30am–6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and process automation
• Design and develop internal applications, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools
• Build solutions such as claims management systems, onboarding workflows, approval platforms and staff self-service portals
• Develop AI agents to streamline HR and administrative processes
• Create interactive dashboards, reports and analytics using Power BI
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency
• Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows
• Conduct solution testing, user training and deployment
• Maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support
• Explore emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable business applications
