Job Title: Security Operations Center (Command Center)
Location: Ipoh
Vacancies: 3 Positions
Working days: 22 days/M
OT: 4 hrs (22 days)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor security systems, including Access Control, intrusion alarm, CCTV, audio communication, building automation, environmental, fire, life, and safety systems.

2. Ensure facility, employee, contractor, and visitor safety and reduce the likelihood of incidents through effective utilization of technology, with an emphasis on providing a measurable impact on crime, infrastructure and medical emergencies.

3. Provide clear and concise documentation of all incidents through available logs, shift pass­down, and incident report writing systems.

4.Access Control:-

- Request badges for vendors and visitors to control access.

- Request vendor unlocks from patrol officers.

- Create tickets for access as requested.

5. Alarm response/ Monitoring:-

- Request alarm location response from patrol officers.

- Gather information regarding all alarms and log in daily report.

- Set-up and acquire approval for masking requests.

- Ability to pass Security Control Center Operator Assessment.

-Maintain necessary liaison with the client contact.

6. Managing the day-to-day Manned Security Services operations by providing quality and professional commercial security service to its customer that reflects well on the FREIGHTWATCH G PATOMOTOH SECURITY SERVICES.

7. Communicate and dispatch Vendor Personnel during emergencies and security breaches.

8. Communicate and dispatch Vendor Personnel during emergencies and security breaches.

9. Communicate with building occupants during emergencies and with local police, fire, and emergency personnel regarding on-site emergencies.

Descriptiom:

- Experience working in Security Company.

- Should not committing a criminal offence punishable under Criminal Procedure Code Act, Dangerous Drug Act.

- Do Not consuming alcohol / drunk while on duty.

- Minimum SPM or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience

- Min 3 years' hands-on experience in monitoring control room or commercial security experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written

- Computer literate; Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.

- Be a customer service people-oriented person.

- Local Language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
