REQUIREMENTS

• SPM or above

• Fresh/secondary school leavers with good attitude are welcome

• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team player

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• FMCG/promoter recruitment experience is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.

• Source, recruit and screen candidates for activation, in-store, roadshow and other projects.

• Communicate professionally with candidates and promoters.

• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.

• Monitor attendance of promoters, merchandisers, beauty advisors and product advisors.

• Coordinate with the Operation, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Attend project briefings, training and meetings when required.

• Maintain proper electronic and paper filing.

• Support management and supervisors in daily administration and operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
