Responsibilities
Location: TradeHub 21, Jurong
Basic Salary: $2,500 + Monthly Commission
Estimated earnings: Up to ~$3,352 with OT
Working Hours: 6 days/week, 10:30am – 8:30pm, rostered
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable lighting and bathroom products based on customer needs
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
- Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness and product arrangement
- Coordinate with the team on stock availability and deliveries
- Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Experience in lighting, bathroom products or interior design will be an advantage
- Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
