Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead full spectrum of finance and accounting operations within a
manufacturing environment
.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and management reporting.
Handle
manufacturing costing
, standard costing, cost analysis and variance analysis.
Analyse production costs, margins and operational performance.
Manage cash flow, banking facilities, trade finance and hedging activities.
Support finance system implementation and process improvements.
Partner with management and manufacturing/operations teams on financial matters.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal controls.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Relevant finance experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong experience in
manufacturing costing, standard costing and variance analysis
.
Experience with banking facilities, trade finance and hedging.
Experience in finance/ERP system implementation will be advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable supporting business requirements beyond standard working hours when required.
