Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation to Din Tai Fung standards
- Assist in ingredient preparation for chefs
- Serve and introduce dishes to customers
- Prepare food items according to strict company SOPs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
