Job Description
Responsibilities
You don’t need years of experience to make an impact.
If you enjoy meeting people, care about meaningful causes, and want a role that builds your confidence, this could be for you.
At Solious, we work with established charitable organisations to bring their causes directly to the public through face-to-face campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Represent charitable organisations professionally
Speak with members of the public and share meaningful causes
Build genuine connections through face-to-face conversations
Raise awareness and support for ongoing campaigns
Work alongside an energetic and supportive team
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
Personalised training and mentorship from Day 1
Stronger communication and presentation skills
Hands-on sales and marketing experience
Opportunities to progress into team leadership
Performance incentives, recognition and travel opportunities
YOU’LL FIT IN IF YOU’RE
Comfortable—or willing to become comfortable—meeting new people
Positive, responsible and open to feedback
Motivated to develop yourself
Someone who wants meaningful work beyond sitting behind a desk
No experience? That’s completely fine. We care more about your attitude and willingness to learn.
Fresh graduates, ORD personnel and career starters are welcome.
Your voice can do more than start conversations. It can create impact.
Apply now and our recruitment team will contact shortlisted applicants.
