JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Check and record patients' vital signs.
• Prepare medications according to prescriptions under appropriate supervision.
• Manage patient billing, payments, and panel claims.
• Monitor medication inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of clinic facilities.
• Manage patient records and daily administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care.
• Support daily clinic operations and follow established SOPs.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
