Venture Building - Hetmos Group

We are seeking entrepreneurs with their own projects and executive profiles, based in or open to relocating to Singapore, to build, fund, and lead innovative companies alongside our group.

The principle is straightforward: you bring the project, industry expertise, and execution power. We provide seed capital, commercial distribution, fundraising capabilities, and the infrastructure of an established international group present in over 14 countries - offering a direct bridge between Southeast Asia and European markets.

Open to candidates with an existing venture concept or those looking to lead a project initiated by the Group, operating out of Singapore.

Target Sectors

Fintech, Wealth Management, Regtech & Legaltech, Data & Applied AI for Professional Services, Insurtech, Core Banking, B2B Marketplaces, Cloud Infrastructure, Accounting Automation & BPO, HR Tech, M&A Tech, and Proptech.

We focus on technology and B2B service ventures; industrial, retail and consumer brick-and-mortar projects fall outside our scope. Within that scope we remain open to any innovative venture, with a strong preference for concepts complementary to our current activities that can leverage our existing international client base as early adopters - including for Asian ventures looking to expand into Europe, and European ventures entering Southeast Asia.

Opportunity Structure

This is a Co-Founder / Equity Partner position (not a salaried employment role). Compensation is driven by equity ownership in the newly formed entity.

Ideal Candidate

Entrepreneurs, former C-level executives, senior leaders from banking, wealth management, insurance or technology, and venture investors ready to take an active operational role in Singapore. A proven track record in founding or managing business units is a decisive advantage.
