Full Time Equipment Maintenance Engineering Manager (Litho - Metrology) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 20,000 in Executive Compass Kedah - Maukerja

Responsible for equipment supporting pattern generation, defect inspection, testing, measurement, and process verification, including:

· Advanced imaging and lithography systems

· Optical and automated inspection platforms

· Defect review and repair support equipment

· X-ray inspection systems

· Precision dimensional measurement and metrology systems

· Electrical verification and test support systems

· Vision systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven inspection technologies

The role requires strong expertise in optics, machine vision, precision measurement, data analytics, quality-critical equipment, and manufacturing control systems.

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.(chemistry or physics)

· Master's Degree is an advantage.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.

· Experience in semiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.

· Proven experience in equipment reliability improvement, asset management, and operational support.

· Experience supporting customer audits, qualifications, and technical escalations is preferred.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Metrology equipment: 8 years (Preferred)
