- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to payables.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payment-related queries.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Contribute to improving processes for accounts payable operations.
A Successful PTP Accountant Should Have
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
