Full Time Team Leader Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in CamdeusNoble Selangor - Maukerja

Remarks: Overriding commission is available; percentages will be discussed during the interview

1) Lead, supervise, and motivate the collection team.

2) Monitor daily collection activities and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

3) Allocate accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

4) Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.

5) Coach and guide Collection/Recovery Officers.

6) Handle difficult cases and customer complaints when required.

7) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.

8) Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
