Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and conducting proactive follow-ups when necessary.
- Confident in engaging with customers and establishing strong relationships through verbal and written communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, concerns, and issues through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal software systems.
- Proactively communicate and follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Introduce and demonstrate the company's platform to customers, including account registration, job posting procedures, and available system features.
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding process and provide guidance to help them maximize the benefits of the platform.
- Identify customer issues and potential business opportunities, escalating them to the Sales Team whenever necessary.
- Support Account Managers by maintaining professional communication, positive customer relationships, and a customer-focused approach.
