Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or degree in any fields.

  • Excellent communication skill, customer oriented and detailed oriented person.

  • Good in English, Bahasa and Chinese language.

  • Fresh graduate encourge to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Attracts potential and existing customers by answering product and service questions.

  • Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist inventory in preparing goods for customers.

  • Daily face to face interaction with customer at the counter.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve complaints.

  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

  • Answering phone calls and emails.

  • Ensure profitable results in operating branch office.

  • Assist inventory in preparing goods for customers.
