Full Time Investment Director - Infrastructure Private Equity (Digital Infrastructure, APAC) Jobs, in Madison Hunt - Maukerja

We are partnering with a global infrastructure investor to appoint an Investment Director to its Singapore team, with a heavy focus on digital infrastructure investments.

The Role

This is a senior opportunity to shape a growing digital infrastructure strategy as part of the firm’s Asia-Pacific investment team. You will lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of digital infrastructure investments across the region, with a focus on data centres.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, you will:

• Originate and develop investment opportunities, building relationships with operators, developers, co-investors, and advisers
• Lead transaction execution end to end, including valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation
• Drive investment committee papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Manage and develop investment professionals within the team
• Work with portfolio companies on value creation, asset management, and exit strategy
• Contribute to the team’s regional market strategy and sector thesis

The Candidate

• 10-15 years’ experience investing in or advising on digital infrastructure assets, ideally data centres
• A track record of leading transactions from origination through to close
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability, and sound commercial judgement on contracts, structuring, and risk
• Experience in infrastructure private equity, an infrastructure or digital fund, an investment bank, or a strategic investor
• Established relationships across the APAC digital infrastructure ecosystem
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the credibility to engage at senior level
• Based in Singapore, or willing to relocate
