Overview

The Strategic Management module equips students with the knowledge and practical skills to analyze business environments, formulate organizational strategies, evaluate strategic alternatives, and implement strategic decisions that create sustainable competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Facilitate critical thinking and strategic decision-making exercises.

Student Engagement

• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Provide academic guidance and consultation to students.

• Monitor student progress and attendance.

• Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.

• Support students' professional and entrepreneurial development.

Assessment

• Design, administer, and grade assessments according to university guidelines.

• Provide timely, constructive, and developmental feedback.

• Conduct moderation and assessment reviews as required.

• Maintain assessment records and documentation.

• Ensure academic integrity and adherence to assessment policies.

• Experience in entrepreneurship, business consulting, or senior management roles.
