About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong creative instinct, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual communication.

In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse range of design projects, creating impactful visuals that strengthen our brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and engage our target audience. We value designers who combine creative thinking with sound design fundamentals, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute high-quality creative assets across advertising, branding, social media, digital platforms, and print.
• Develop visually compelling designs that communicate key messages effectively and align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Transform creative briefs and business requirements into well-executed visual solutions, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools where appropriate to explore ideas, enhance visual quality, and improve production efficiency.
• Refine existing artwork, maintain visual consistency across platforms, and adapt creative assets to meet different campaign requirements.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and creative ideas to strengthen the effectiveness of marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and the ability to incorporate them meaningfully into the creative process.
• Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency.
• The ability to interpret briefs, exercise sound creative judgement, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to producing work that is both visually engaging and commercially effective.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
