Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom domain
• Strong expertise in BSS/OSS systems (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Digital Channels)
• Proven experience working on software applications and digital platforms (non-network/non-infra)
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirement ownership
• Deep understanding of system integrations, REST APIs, and data mapping
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, use cases)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
