Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Assistant to keep our online store running smoothly day to day. You will handle incoming stock, order fulfilment, and customer enquiries.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality before tagging and stocking new items
Update inventory records on Shopify to maintain accurate stock levels
Pick, pack, and prepare online orders from multiple sales channels including TikTok Shop and Shopify for courier delivery
Weigh products and record measurements to configure Shopify shipping settings accurately
Respond to customer enquiries via TikTok chat, Instagram DMs, and email using provided templates and policies
Process returns and exchanges following established refund and exchange policies
Identify and report stock discrepancies, order issues, and recurring customer questions to the team for resolution
Assist the team with various ad hoc operational tasks as needed
Required competencies and certifications
Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, administration, or customer service (diploma holders and fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
Clear and polite written English communication for customer interactions
Attention to detail to ensure accurate stock counts and order verification
Physical ability to lift and pack cartons safely
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience using Shopify or TikTok Shop platforms is a plus but not required
