Full Time Student Recruitment Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in FEN Education Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written Mandarin (Mandarin).
• Able to understand and communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel for school visits, education fairs, university events, and other student recruitment activities.
• Willing to work on weekends when necessary, particularly during education fairs and recruitment events.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience in the education industry is required, as training will be provided.

1. Student Counselling & Education Advisory

• Provide professional education counselling to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities.

• Recommend suitable universities, colleges, courses, and study pathways based on students' academic results, interests, career goals, and financial considerations.

• Advise students on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, education loans, and available intakes.

• Guide students through university applications, admission procedures, and enrolment processes.

• Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions through face-to-face appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online consultations.

2. Student Recruitment & Enrolment

• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

• Achieve individual student recruitment targets and monthly or annual performance KPIs.

• Develop strong relationships with prospective students and maintain consistent communication throughout their decision-making process.

• Identify suitable study opportunities for students from SPM, UEC, IGCSE, O-Level, STPM, A-Level, and other qualifications.

• Provide professional follow-up services to ensure students complete their enrolment successfully.

3. School Visits, Education Fairs & Marketing

• Participate in education fairs, school visits, career talks, university roadshows, and recruitment events.

• Deliver presentations about higher education pathways, universities, courses, and career opportunities.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with secondary schools, teachers, counsellors, and university representatives.

• Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and student recruitment initiatives.

• Assist in organising university campus tours, career workshops, and student engagement activities.

4. Student Relationship Management & ERP

• Manage assigned student enquiries and leads using the company's ERP/CRM system.

• Maintain accurate and updated student profiles, counselling records, follow-up activities, and admission information.

• Respond promptly to student enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high standard of customer service.

• Prepare regular recruitment progress updates and performance reports.

5. University & Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on university programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, and education industry developments.

• Attend university product training sessions, briefings, and professional development programmes.

• Maintain effective working relationships with university admission and recruitment teams.
